What is a learner’s driving licence?

Online learner’s driving licence

While Delhi is set to implement a system in the coming months, Maharashtra’s government issued two orders to the state’s 50 RTOs, one of which allows people to get a learner’s licence by taking a test at home using an Aadhaar-based verification method. If Aadhaar authentication is not desired, the existing method for obtaining a learner’s licence can be followed.
